My book of Revelation
FROM A BOOK I’M WRITING } To see yourself, do not look in the mirror. Easier is it to remove you from yourself and watch you passing by. Verily I tell you, then you shall see a ghost of a stranger moving by you. Then you shall fall on your knees and tear away your clothes. For, you shall be frightened to see you.
What is written is for all. But what is only for you has to be found by yourself in the moments between the moments. May your eyes be that of a child so that you can look anew. May your body be that of an old man so that you shall be slower as you move. In your slowness and wonder shall you find things most amazing. Nothing shall be hidden from those ones.
Oh brethren, why are you asleep?

I spent tuesday racing through an art museum with my two children, missing the details of the art whisping by… on the way home my son talked about a marble in one of the peices, I missed it completely… in fact the kids noticed more details than I did. Yet, we went at the same pace… slowing down is so much harder to do than it is to pledge to do it. Sometimes I want to hide myself!!!
am sleepy still.
have set my alarm.
let me sleep a little more.
and no, don’t think
that i am afraid to wake up.
its just that
its pouring out there.
and there is an ache
when it pours.
and no, don’t think
that i am frightened of aches.
am okey.
go away. please don’t wake me up.
am okey. this way.
“May your eyes be that of a child so that you can look anew. May your body be that of an old man so that you shall be slower as you move. In your slowness and wonder shall you find things most amazing.”
Those lines make me want to start all over again. And the thought came on a perfect day: My birthaday! Thankyou Josh.

Thus spake Joshua!
splendid lines
Chettai, I’d read this long back. Didn’t feel mature enough to comment. May’ve written something stupid like ‘Indian Coelho in the making’. So, kept my mouth shut.
moments between the moments. love it.
I love to write a reply on it, but I rather wait till I read the book. looks like a good eye opener to see the inner self. I like the lines, so hoping something enccentric from the entire book.
Shall wait. Good Luck J.N

Thanx Josh, it sounds cool, tell me when your book will be released internationally (or in Dubai) so i could get a copy.
Josh, i have been trying to wake up…
waking up is easier when we are aware we are sleeping.
but often times we are not aware we are sleeping
waking up the unsleeping in us is a challenge.
i hope your book will help wake up the sleeping, unsleeping as well as the unawares.
best wishes for the book!
dear joshua
anxiously waiting for the book, its going to be an eyeopener for many! wish u the best of luck!
Wonderful ! Let me try to find out the stranger in me !!
wising to see more of these from the fingertip – now the ideas flow through the fingertip, not through the tip of the pen ?
My hearty smiles to Donnadoo, Sunitax, Sheejams, and Sankaranulu..

Excellent… waiting for it…
dear josh,
every now and then i go through these thoughts but
its not a vivid picture like the one you painted with words,
thanks for sharing it with us.
thanks for telling me about Ian’s story
and my gracious thanks for ritu the film.
the heart wrenching journey of a ‘heart’ just like seasons
flaking away every peel with every beat of it.
thanks for the portraying a brother’s love.
anyone can tell a story, it takes a man to become a storyteller.
god bless you.
Josh- will want a heads up on the book as well… what’s the plan, will I be able to find it in the states????
Once again, I find perfection growing. It is in the quiet slowness of perception or stillness that we find both the amazing miracles and the true clarity of vision that we too often cannot perceive. Your vision is yet clear. btw, thanks for being whom you are!
Thanking you, Sapna, Mahesh, Abhilash, Cindy, Jean.
Cindy, our current plan is to publish it by early next year. Will be sold through this blog and Amazon.
Cheers and best to all of you.
